Delete your account.
You can permanently delete your TAP account and its data at any time. Here's how, and what happens when you do.
Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open the TAP app and go to Settings.

Tap Delete account.

Confirm it's you with the 6-digit code we text to your phone.

Your account is scheduled for deletion. You have 72 hours to cancel before it's removed for good.
Can't access the app?
Email us from the account you want removed and we'll verify and process your request:
Include the phone number on your account so we can verify it's you. We'll confirm before anything is deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details.
- Your daily progress and history.
- Your network connections.
- Your ability to sign back in to this account.
Some records may be kept in anonymized form where the law requires (for example, fraud-prevention and audit logs). These no longer identify you.
