Terms of Service.

Last updated: June 23, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and TAP Network for your use of the app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Phone verification & SMS

To use TAP Network you verify your phone number. When you request it, we send a one-time verification code by SMS. By entering your number and requesting a code, you consent to receive that verification message.

Message frequency: verification texts are sent only at your request — typically one per sign-in or sign-up. We do not send recurring or marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.

01Who can use TAP Network

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country and meet any minimum age required by law in your region. You agree to provide accurate information, including a phone number you control, and to keep your account secure.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

04The service

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may suspend or limit access where needed to protect the service and its users.

05Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

06Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAP Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
